How to Measure Yourself

For best results, use a soft measuring tape and measure over light clothing.

1. Chest

Measure around the fullest part of your chest, under your arms

2. Length

Measure from the highest point of the shoulder to the bottom hem

3. Sleeve

Measure from shoulder point to wrist bone along the outside of the arm
